Sunsets in Lagos?!

Sunset in Lagos Nigeria I was listening to the radio two days ago and I heard the presenter make a joke that if you ask a Lagosian whether they have seen or watched the sunset in Lagos they would probably say… what? where? so the sun sets in Lagos? Or I was in traffic! lol…Is that true people?

Well, I am pleased to say that I was driving at about 6:40pm yesterday and I saw the sun setting. In fact, I wasn’t actually looking out for sunset but I was drawn to it. The sun was deep orange and striking, it was hard to miss. I had to find a safe place to park to just to take pictures. The things I do for my readers lol!

I captured these pictures with an iPhone 6 plus phone but it really was more beautiful in plain sight!
