Salamander Cafe – A Good Spot To Chill in Abuja

SalamanderCafe1 On a quiet street in Abuja lies a colourful, stylish and quirky café with great atmosphere called Salamander Café.

I was looking for a good spot to work with Wi-Fi and the Salamander Café was recommended. The atmosphere allows for creativity with books all around and soft music filling the air. In a way, it felt somewhat on par to what you would find in on a little corner somewhere in Europe. I can certainly see why expatriates will also be drawn here. In addition, they have a brunch list with English breakfast, steak and eggs, pancakes and more!

Sadly, I wasn’t able to stay because the Wi-Fi was a little too slow for the sort of work I was doing involving graphics. There were a good number of people with laptops online so this probably affected its speed.

Wi-Fi in shops and restaurants Nigeria is still in progress so Salamander Café is certainly on top of the game. I will certainly go back there.
